We are pleased to announce that our company has received a prestigious recognition: the title of “Historical Enterprise of Italy.” We have indeed been included in the National Registry of Historical Enterprises, an honor that fills us with pride.
The ceremony took place at the Chamber of Commerce in Bologna a few days ago, and the act was carried out by President Valerio Veronesi. Our CEO, Franco Marocchi, had the honor of accepting this prestigious award, representing our Group.
The roots of our company date back to the distant year of 1821 when Domenico Marocchi founded a small artisan workshop in the Santerno Valley near Imola. His skill in the artistic craftsmanship of wrought iron made him famous throughout the region. Although the first official information about the business dates back to the late 18th century, it was from that moment that our company, our Group, which now also includes Baruzzi Design and ML System, began to take shape.
Over the years and generations, we have been able to preserve the traditions that have distinguished us, never neglecting innovation. Even before World War II, Domenico Marocchi received a gold medal for the excellence and continuity of his enterprise over time. Today, our long history continues to resonate in international markets, where we dedicate ourselves to the design and creation of structures and equipments for exhibition furniture and showrooms.
This prestigious recognition motivates us to continue on the path of excellence, and we would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our success, including our employees, our customers, and our business partners. Without their commitment and support, we would not have been able to achieve this important milestone.
